Nearly more than 150 years of Corning’s experience and expertise Corning, related to material science and process engineering, has spent in Axygen to ensure the highest possible quality and compatibility of products in a single place, along with the institutionalized capabilities for designing, manufacturing and upgrading all kinds of molds.

We use automatic systems with the aim of eliminating human pollution, for continuous inspection, filtering and assembly of products. Our technical experts are fully familiar with the terms of use of the products and are capable of providing the necessary advice and training for specific technical questions related to your processes.

Each and every one of our products, regardless of the packaging format, is tested and confirmed to be sterile or non-sterile in Axygen’s modern microbiology laboratory. This laboratory, equipped with the latest tools and technologies trusted by world manufacturers, is the first center of its kind in our industry.

These experiences, along with an unparalleled commitment to quality, are a guarantee for the introduction of Axygen products, which have used the most rigorous testing standards to confirm products in terms of DNase-/RNase-free and nonpyrogenic.

In addition to having ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 13485: 2003 standard certificates, we also use “clean techniques” in isolated spaces and positive pressure type clean rooms in the production process. The resins used by Axygen are of USP (European emission standard) class IV or in accordance with the standard of this class and are in compliance with ROHS, which are above the levels set for the use of restricted and prohibited substances in the European Regulation “2002/95/EC”. They follow.

Also, the Axygen brand emphasizes that none of its products contain hazardous substances (SVHC) that are regulated by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and based on Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council regarding registration, evaluation, licensing and restrictions. Chemical substances (REACH) are not determined according to the approval of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) dated 12/19/2011 and previous updates.

In addition to what was described, heavy metals are not used in the production or formulation of these products, and the materials used in these products are in accordance with CONEG requirements, equivalent to a mass fraction of less than 100 ppm for lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium. .

We welcome all official and unofficial visitors to the site as well as auditors, and make the certificate of matching the content with the label available to our customers. Maxymum Recovery

The Axygen brand, in the form of the Maxymum Recovery product group, offers sampler heads, filter sampler heads, PCR products and microcentrifuge tubes with ultra-smooth surfaces using a unique production process. A sampler that is well maintained and Calibrated, it is able to transfer liquids with an error of about 1% of the requested volume. However, changes and instabilities resulting from the poor performance of substandard head samplers can increase the amount of error. Count on Axygen’s Maxymum Recovery head samplers to optimize accuracy in your most critical processes.

Ultra-smooth surfaces

Exclusive molding technology

Reduced sample loss to save on costly reagents

Maximizes accuracy and precision

Molding technology with elegance equal to diamond cutting

A displayed image of a mold element, with 5X precision, shows the “mirror-like” polish of all Axygen conventional molds. Such smooth surfaces facilitate the release of the sampler head from the mold, which can cause contamination, eliminating the need for release fluids.

No mold-releasing agents used

Contamination-free

Reduced sample loss

Optimized performance

Available on automation/handheld tips, PCR and micro centrifuge tubes

What does this mean for you?

Maxymum Recovery head samplers

Axygen’s Maxymum Recovery surface, even at the highest magnification level, has an incredibly smooth surface and is clearly free of any blockages or voids. Rough surfaces may cause sample retention and sample denaturation in standard polypropylene. Look at pictures 1a, 1b and 1c.

Head of standard or conventional samplers

The image of the internal surfaces of the standard polypropylene head samplers shows blockages and holes in the wall surface. At the highest magnification, the layers on the surface, which make the sample adhere to the wall, are clearly visible. Look at pictures 2a, 2b, and 2c.

Silicone sampler tips

The image of silicone coated sampler tip shows the unevenness on the walls caused by the uneven and uneven flow of silicone on the surface. As a result, it is possible for the sample to remain even with silicone coated sampler tip. Look at Figures 3a, 3b, and 3c.
